Smoothie #1: Tropical Tang

Ingredients:

  • Prebiotics:
    • 1 Kiwi
    • 1 Banana
    • 1 handful of kale
    • 1 tbsp psyllium husk (optional)
  • Extra plant fiber:
    • 1 tbsp chia seeds
    • 1 tbsp flax seeds
    • 1 tbsp cashews
    • ½ cup frozen berries of choice
    • 1 cup unsweetened, additive-free oat milk
  • Probiotics:
    • 1 cup unsweetened, additive-free kefir
    • ½ cup unsweetened, additive-free, antibiotic-free greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt

Smoothie #2: Chocolate Banana Goodness

Ingredients:

  • Prebiotics:
    • 1 frozen banana
    • 1 tbsp unsweetened, additive-free, oil-free almond butter
  • Extra plant fiber:
    • 2 tbsp cacao powder
    • 1 tbsp cashews
    • 1 tbsp unsweetened, additive-free, oil-free peanut butter
    • 1 tbsp flax seeds
    • 1 tbsp chia seeds
    • 1 ½ cups unsweetened, additive-free oat milk
  • Probiotics:
    • ½ cup unsweetened, additive-free, antibiotic-free greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt

Smoothie #3: Green Goddess

  • Prebiotics:
    • 1 frozen banana
    • ½ avocado
    • 1 kiwi
    • 1 handful spinach
    • 1 handful kale
  • Extra plant fiber:
    • 1 date (optional)
    • 1 tbsp flax seeds
    • 1 handful almonds
    • 1 cup frozen blueberries
    • 1 ½ cups unsweetened, additive-free oat milk
  • Probiotics:
    • ½ cup unsweetened, additive-free, antibiotic-free greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt
