Smoothie #1: Tropical Tang
Ingredients:

- 1 Kiwi
- 1 Banana
- 1 handful of kale
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk (optional)
- Extra plant fiber:
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp cashews
- ½ cup frozen berries of choice
- 1 cup unsweetened, additive-free oat milk
- Probiotics:
- 1 cup unsweetened, additive-free kefir
- ½ cup unsweetened, additive-free, antibiotic-free greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt
Smoothie #2: Chocolate Banana Goodness
Ingredients:
- Prebiotics:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp unsweetened, additive-free, oil-free almond butter
- Extra plant fiber:
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp cashews
- 1 tbsp unsweetened, additive-free, oil-free peanut butter
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened, additive-free oat milk
- Probiotics:
- ½ cup unsweetened, additive-free, antibiotic-free greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt
Smoothie #3: Green Goddess
- Prebiotics:
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ avocado
- 1 kiwi
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 handful kale
- Extra plant fiber:
- 1 date (optional)
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 handful almonds
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened, additive-free oat milk
- Probiotics:
